| Q. |
How long will Manzanita last? |
| A: |
Manzanita is not a perishable, fresh cut item such as fresh flowers. It is a hardwood. While more pliable when first harvested, it normally dries within 2 weeks and the leaves fall off. No need to put in water. Manzanita is very sturdy, however the very tips snap off easily which is normal, and will not adversely affect the look of the branches. |

| Q. |
How wide are the branches? |
| A: |
All pieces are unique. Manzanita is not grown in groves, on farms, or controlled or cultured in any way like other branches used for floral purposes. It grows in the wild at high elevation, and is harvested exactly where it grows. Harvest areas constantly change, and Manzanita will vary in appearance and shape depending on the harvest area, and time of year. Each piece is truly a unique product. Because of the nature of Mazanita, it’s always best to have extra pieces on hand if needed. Click here to see a size chart to get an idea of the proportions. |

|
| Q. |
Why is shipping so expensive? Do you charge for handling? |
| A: |
Our shipping fees are quoted directly from our shipper. Trees and branches are large, cumbersome items and regularly require boxes that are regarded by shippers as "dimensional weight" items. In this case, it's not the weight of the package, but the total dimensions. |
